Hydraulic Platform Transporters

Heavy loads up to 600 tons with a single vehicle. Cab-operated hydraulic platform transporters and all-terrain transfer vehicles.

Hydraulic Platform Transporters
Overview

Hydraulic platform transporter solutions

Hydraulic platform transporters are designed to move very heavy loads such as transformers, generators, reactors, bridge girders and ship blocks within and between facilities. Thanks to the platform lift stroke, the vehicle can pick the load up from its supports and set it down at the destination without a crane.

JHP225ZXPC1 — All-Terrain Transfer Vehicle

Original design · All-wheel drive · Strong traction

The JHP225ZXPC1 is a 225-ton all-terrain transfer vehicle developed specifically for difficult terrain where standard transfer vehicles cannot operate. Its ability to work safely on roads, low-lying ground, grassland and mountainous, uneven surfaces makes it essential equipment for energy, defense, mining and large construction projects.

With 8 axles in an 8 driven / 8 braked axle arrangement and a 478 kW Cummins M15Plus CSIV engine, it easily climbs gradients of up to 15% under heavy load. Full hydraulic steering (max. 30°) supports straight travel, crab steering and near-diagonal travel modes.

The 800 mm lift stroke and 1,800–2,100 mm working height range adapt to different loading points. Cab control and remote control provide dual-mode operation.

  • Original R&D design
  • All-wheel drive, strong tractive force
  • All-wheel steering — compact maneuvering area
  • For use on roads, mountains, mud, grassland and low-lying ground

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a hydraulic platform transporter and an SPMT?

A hydraulic platform transporter is a single-body vehicle with a cab; an SPMT offers flexibility in capacity and size by combining modules.

Can the vehicle pick up a load from its supports?

Yes. Using the platform lift stroke, the vehicle drives under the supports, lifts the load and sets it down the same way at the destination.

What ground surfaces can it operate on?

Concrete, asphalt and compacted aggregate surfaces; the all-terrain model can be used in difficult off-road conditions.
